What is Metal Laser Cutting?
Metal laser cutting uses a high-powered, focused laser beam to cut through metal sheets and plates with extreme accuracy. We use fiber laser technology, which produces a 1.06-micron beam that metals absorb very well. The result is fast cutting, clean edges even on reflective metals like aluminium and brass, and positional accuracy down to a fraction of a millimetre.
Our facility in the Sharjah–Ajman industrial corridor runs more than 30 CNC machines, including high-power fiber lasers that cut steel up to 25mm thick. We cut daily for fabrication companies, signage makers, contractors, kitchen-equipment manufacturers and machine builders across all seven emirates.
Why fiber laser? Compared with CO2 lasers, fiber lasers are about three times more energy-efficient, cut reflective metals without back-reflection problems, need little maintenance, and run faster. For industrial metal cutting, fiber is the better tool — and it is what we use.

What metals can you laser cut?
Stainless steel (304/316/430 up to 25mm), aluminium (5052/6061/6063 up to 20mm), mild and carbon steel up to 25mm, galvanised steel up to 12mm, brass up to 10mm, and copper up to 8mm.
How accurate is the cutting?
Fiber laser cutting achieves positional accuracy around ±0.05mm with a kerf of 0.1–0.3mm — far finer than plasma or mechanical cutting, which is ideal for tight assemblies and detailed patterns.
What is the turnaround time?
Rush orders can be done in 24–48 hours. Standard orders take 1–2 working days. Large or complex projects may take 3–5 days. With 30+ machines we hold capacity even during busy periods.
Can you cut reflective metals like aluminium and copper?
Yes. Fiber lasers operate at a wavelength these metals absorb well, so we cut aluminium (up to 20mm), brass (up to 10mm) and copper (up to 8mm) without back-reflection issues.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We welcome single prototypes, small batches and large runs. Laser cutting is digital, so setup cost is minimal even for one-off pieces.
Does the cut need secondary finishing?
Usually not. Nitrogen-assist cutting produces clean, burr-free edges. Optional deburring, brushing, powder coating and polishing are available.
How does laser compare to plasma cutting?
Laser is far more precise (about ±0.05mm vs ±0.5–1mm), gives cleaner edges and finer detail with less waste. Plasma is faster only on very thick plate above 25mm.
