What can you cut?
Metals by fiber laser (stainless, mild steel, aluminium, brass, copper), wood, MDF, plywood and ACP by CNC router, and acrylic by laser. If you are unsure, send a photo and we will confirm.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We cut single prototypes, small batches and large production runs at the same precision.
What file formats do you accept?
DXF (preferred), DWG, AI, EPS, SVG and vector PDF. No file? Send a dimensioned sketch or a sample part and we will draw it.
How do I get a quote?
WhatsApp your file with material, thickness and quantity to +971 56 996 0449. Most quotes are answered within the hour during working time.
Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes, to all seven emirates, or you can collect from our Ajman facility.
Metal Cutting
What thicknesses can you cut?
Stainless up to 25mm, mild steel up to 25mm, aluminium up to 20mm, galvanised up to 12mm, brass up to 10mm and copper up to 8mm.
How accurate is it?
Around ±0.05mm positional accuracy with a kerf of 0.1–0.3mm, ideal for tight assemblies and detailed patterns.
Do parts need finishing?
Usually not — nitrogen-assist cutting gives clean, burr-free edges. Deburring, brushing, powder coating and polishing are available if needed.
Can you cut reflective metals?
Yes. Fiber lasers cut aluminium, brass and copper cleanly without back-reflection problems.
Wood, Acrylic & Screens
When do you use routing vs laser?
Routing suits thick wood, MDF, plywood and composite panels and adds engraving and pockets. Laser suits metal and gives acrylic its clear polished edge.
Can you engrave as well as cut?
Yes, on both acrylic (surface engraving) and wood/MDF (routing patterns and pockets) in the same job.
Can you make custom mashrabiya patterns?
Yes. Send your artwork or a pattern photo and we prepare the files and confirm before cutting.
Which screen material is best outdoors?
Aluminium and powder-coated steel resist rust and handle UAE weather best for facades and gardens.
Turnaround & Delivery
How fast can you cut my job?
Standard jobs in 1–2 working days. Rush service of 24–48 hours is available; large or complex projects may take 3–5 days.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, pickup from our Ajman facility is available, or we deliver to your site.
Do you supply material?
You can bring your own sheets or buy material through us for a complete supply-and-cut service.
